What materials are used to make the bags?
oovoo bags are made from a synergistic mix of 100% cotton, polyester silk, leather and suede. The threads are color-fast silk threads. oovoo bags are made to last!

How are the bags made?
Each panel is hand-embroidered (yes, like your grandmother used to do!), and then the bag is sewn together.

How do I clean my bag(s)?
If your bag is a fabric bag, just take a wet cloth and wipe the stain clean. Do not be afraid to rub a little to get the stain out. Let the bag dry and use! If your bag is a leather bag, you can apply a clear leather protector cream on the leather parts before you start to use the bag. Like all other leather bags, if there is a stain that you cannot remove, please take the bag to a professional leather repair shop.

What if the bag I want is “sold out”?
Please send us an email to inquire about the bag you want. If the bag is temporarily sold out, we should be able to get you one within 4 weeks.

About buying an oovoo bag
What forms of payment online do you accept?
oovoo accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We also accept Paypal. However, you do not have to be a Paypal member to buy one of our bags

Our bags grace the shelves of over 400 boutiques in North America – please send an email with your zip code in the subject line and we will respond back with a list of stores in your area. You can also order by phone or email

How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will take 3-7 business days for delivery. Once you’ve placed an order, an email confirmation will be sent to you. Your order is then shipped by UPS Insured Ground. A separate email with the UPS Tracking number and shipping details will be sent to you via email.

Exchanges/Returns
What is your return policy?
oovoo proudly stands by its product and will gladly exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. We just ask that the returned item be in the same brand new condition!
If you purchased a bag at a store, please check with the store regarding their exchange/return policy.

How do I exchange/return an oovoo bag?
To return or exchange items purchased through oovoo, please send an email liza4oovoodesign@yahoo.com, notifying us of your exchange/return. Then, place the bag in a box and ship back to oovoo using a trackable, insured method (all carriers now provide this option). Once we receive the bag, we will provide an exchange/refund of the cost of the bag. Please note that the cost of shipping will not be refunded.
